Public Fare

Public Fare is Union Square Events open-air cafe for The Public Theater at The Delacorte in Central Park. Serving a well-sourced, simply prepared menu from Union Square Events’ Executive Chef Robb Garceau, Public Fare is open Wednesdays through Sundays, from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Starting June 7th, Public Fare will remain open through show time and intermission on performance nights. Open to both guests of The Delacorte and park patrons, Public Fare operates seasonally (May – September).
