Director of Culinary Operations
Dan Dilworth joined the USHG family in 2005 as a line cook at Gramercy Tavern. Over the next 14 years, he filled many different roles which led him to his current position as the Director of Culinary Operations for Union Square Events. A Baltimore native, Dan’s love of food and cooking started at a young age catching and cooking crabs on the Chesapeake Bay. He attended the University of Delaware, originally intending to become a doctor, however quickly realized the kitchen and hospitality industry was his happy place and ended up graduating with a degree in Art History. When he isn’t at work, Dan loves to spend time outdoors taking his son on new adventures.
