Associate Director of Culinary Operations

Edric is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of Union Square Events commissary kitchen. Before joining the Union Square Events team, his 15 year career led him through many facets of food service, from New York City fine dining, to catering, to opening his own restaurant with multiple popup outlets at popular outdoor markets. When he's not at work, Edric spends time with his family and shows his two daughters the wonders of cooking.
