Director of Operations
Kevin began his career with Union Square Hospitality Group in 2004 as a server at Tabla and working his way up to become General Manager. He then served as opening General Manager at Untitled and North End Grill, and was later promoted to Director of Operations for North End Grill and both locations of Blue Smoke. During this time, Kevin also oversaw the Guest Relations team and the opening of Intersect by Lexus. In 2017, he became the Director of Operations for Union Square Events, where he oversees day-to-day operations to ensure excellence in all areas of guest experience. Kevin was born and raised on Long Island before attending the Culinary Institute of America where he received a B.A. in Hospitality Management.
