Director of Operations
Kevin has worked within the Union Square Hospitality Group since 2005, starting as a server at Tabla and working his way up to become General Manager. He then served as opening General Manager at both Untitled and North End Grill, and was later made Director of Operations for North End Grill and both locations of Blue Smoke. In 2017, he became the Director of Operations for Union Square Events where he oversees day-to-day operations to ensure excellence in all areas of guest experience. Kevin was born and raised on Long Island before attending the Culinary Institute of America where he received a B.A. in Hospitality Management.
