Director of Food and Beverage, Banquets & Catering at New York Marriott Marquis
As the son of a Certified Executive Chef, Vinnie's passion for food was established at a young age and only grew greater over the years as he worked to create his own path in the industry. That passion led him to his most recent role with Sodexo as the General Manager of Catering for their Bloomberg LP business. As the General Manager of Catering, Vinnie was responsible for managing all aspects of catering for Bloomberg’s three Manhattan locations, while overseeing special events in Orangeburg, NY and Princeton, NJ. As Vinnie embarks on his newest venture as Food and Beverage Director for Union Square Events at the prestigious Marriott Marquis, he cannot help but be excited for what the future holds. Vinnie is eager to tap into his 15+ years of experience to help fine tune an already excellent operation. In his spare time, Vinnie enjoys a good round of golf (hopefully) and relaxing on the nearest beach. Most people are shocked to find out that he was on the TV Game Show, Cash Cab…and of course won!
