Union Square Events partnered with Canoe Place Inn & Cottages — the oldest inn in the United States, featuring 21 luxury guest rooms and five private cottages — to lead all food and beverage operations across the property. This included the indoor-outdoor dining at Good Ground Tavern, poolside and in-room dining, and full-service banquet operations. USE reimagined the hotel’s culinary identity, establishing Good Ground Tavern as a stand-alone brand through seasonal menu development, community-focused programming such as a monthly Chef Series and local events in The Study, and targeted campaigns across key travel and holiday periods.

Capacity: Canoe Place can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated dinner and 375 for a standing cocktail.
