Executive Pastry Chef
As Executive Pastry Chef of Union Square Events, Ashley oversees pastry production and menu development for all of USE’s businesses. Ashley was born and raised in New Jersey and still resides there. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2007 and continued working for the Altamarea Group after her externship. In 2011, Ashley joined Union Square Events as a pastry cook. Over the next 11 years, her hard work and dedication helped grow the pastry team that she now leads. When she isn’t at work, you can usually find Ashley in her garden with a craft beer or hiking the trails in NY and NJ with her chihuahua.
