Après at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt

Après is a cocktail bar and cafè atop the SUMMIT One Vanderbilt experience. Perched 1,063 feet above Manhattan, Après serves up New-York inspired fare, classic cocktails, and unparalled views of the New York City skyline. 

The menu offers international flavors and whimsical sweets at the indoor cafè and outdoor bar carts. The rotating selection of NYC-inspired Griddled Hot Dogs and 'Pretzelsaults', stuffed, soft pretzel sweet and savory pinwheels can be found at one of the carts on the observation deck.  

The beverage program features an innovative menu utilizing a wide range of spirits. Standout cocktails include the signature SUMMIT Sunset Margarita made with Pear Liqueur, Pomegranate and Cayenne, and the Vanderbilt #1 made with Sweet Vermouth, Meletti Anisette, Coffee, Chocolate Bitters, and Brandied Cherry.
