Intersect by Lexus

Hospitality Lab led the build-out and ideation for the brand partnership with Lexus to develop their first restaurant experience in New York City. We oversaw the concept and programming for the F&B experience, as well as outlined the cadence and standard operating procedures of the rotating guest chef component. Following our consulting work, our Union Square Events team operated the restaurant.

WHAT WE DID:

• Rotating guest chefs curating their own seasonal menus for a fixed amount of time
• Features an interactive “garage,” event space, café and restaurant Union Square Events partnered with Lexus to bring INTERSECT by Lexus, their unique and permanent space in select global cities, to New York City’s Meatpacking District.
• Hospitality Lab by USE was the managing consultant for the café, restaurant and lounge.
• Defined and met annual budgets, curated a diverse slate of chef residencies and maintained those relationships
