Director of Operations

Katie is a proven 51%-er with a diverse skillset in various concepts. She joined the Union Square Events team with over fifteen years of hospitality training, beginning her journey as a server and bartender before working her way into leadership roles. From there, Katie became the General Manager for Five Guys and Little Beet, before transitioning into high touch service as the Food and Beverage Manager at the Hilton Millennium in FIDI.

Most recently, Katie has worked with multiple client partners in the Airline Lounge industry, to include American Airlines, Delta and the award winning American Express Centurion Lounge at JFK Airport. Due to her success, Katie became the go to for accomplishing the brand level of excellence, providing national support to all other Centurion Lounge locations.

Katie has excelled in providing an exceptional guest experience thus creating raves while working with world renowned culinarians. The combination of Katie’s hospitality experience along with her unwavering commitment to excellence makes her the perfect fit to lead our team.
