As Event Sales Administrator, Sarah has a hand in all things Off-Premise Catering and Events, helping with all aspects of the planning, administration and productions processes. Sarah started her career at Eleven Madison Park in 2012 and it was there that she fell in love with all things planning and executing special moments and events for guests. From there she moved on to work for USHG and finally to Union Square Events in 2020.  When she’s not planning events for work, you can find her planning over the top birthday parties for her two boys, rollerblading, eating, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
