As Executive Production Chef for Union Square Events, Timothy directly oversees the food production for all businesses in the state-of-the-art commissary kitchen, as well as all day-to-day Culinary operations and staff management.
A New Jersey native, with a life-long passion for food and hospitality from an early age, Timothy graduated with a bachelor's degree from The Culinary Institute of America in 2006.
